Privacy policy
We will at any given time collect the following data about a user of ImageThrust.com:
- E-mail address
- IP address
- Uploaded images date and time
- Uploaded images hyperlinks
- Session cookie and standard cookies
The data included in the above list will be stored in an encrypted database and will under no
circumstances be sold or in any other way, shape or form be handed out to a third party. Under special
circumstances, when illegal content is uploaded, we will hand it over to the authorities.
Terms of Service
ImageThrust.com reserves the right to remove, delete and/or disable any image a user has uploaded without a prior notice.
ImageThrust.com assumes that the user will keep track of his/her own links to images, ImageThrust cannot be held responsible
for any data loss while using ImageThrust.com services.
Under no circumstances can any of the following material be uploaded
- Files that are pedophiliac. This includes, but is not limited to, persons under the age of 18 either posing as "models" or taking part in otherwise sexually implicit or explicit situations.
- Files that are illegal and/or are in violation of any laws pertaining to digital content usage.
Uploading any of the above content will result in
- The user will be banned from ImageThrust.com and will experience the following
- ImageThrust.com will not load
- ImageThrust.com images will not load
- All user uploaded images will be removed
- The authorities may be contacted; depending on the severity of the infringement and the applicable cause of
removal from further harm.
ImageThrust.com will not hesitate to share the collected user-data with authorities such
as FBI and Interpol. With the collected user-data these agencies will be able to find
and take legal actions against the user.

Under no circumstances can any of the following infringing files be uploaded
- Files that are pornographic
- Files that are copyrighted
- Files with the purpose to harass any individual and/or multiple individuals
- Files with the purpose of promoting products and/or services
Uploading any of the above content will result in
- The user will be banned from ImageThrust.com and will experience the following
- ImageThrust.com will not load
- ImageThrust.com images will not load
- All user uploaded images will be removed
ImageThrust.com does not hesitate to completely ban any domain which uses ImageThrust.com services without regards
to our Terms of Service. If a user feels that he/she
has been banned without justification, he/she can contact us; including
the webpage containing the banned images, it's not enough to only include your domain.
Legal Policy
ImageThrust.com reserves the right to change these Terms of Service without any prior notification. When using our services
the user agrees to not include ImageThrust.com in any legal action. ImageThrust.com directs full legal responsibility
of the uploaded images to the individual users.
All uploaded images are copy righted to their respective owners, all other content on ImageThrust.com webpages is
copy righted to ImageThrust.com. ImageThrust.com is not responsible for the content of any uploaded images, the
responsibility is directed to the individual users.
